Her recognition among some of the most outstanding women in ICT is not only well deserved but also an inspiring reminder of the talent driving change in our industry. With record-breaking participation and a growing spotlight on gender diversity in tech, Jess’s achievement shines even brighter.

The WIICTA Awards celebrate the incredible contributions of women shaping the future of technology across the country, and Jess continues to stand tall among them. The 2025 winners will be selected by an esteemed panel of over 170 industry judges — making this recognition all the more meaningful.
